To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process returns. Garments must be unworn with all labels attached and in their original packaging. Credit notes are valid for 3 months.
All swimwear and sale items are final and cannot be returned for an exchange or credit note.
Unfortunately if 7 days has gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a credit note or exchange. If you require some flexibility around this time frame, please speak with us via email or phone.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you require an exchange on a returned product, you will be liable for additional shipping. Depending on where you live, the length of delivery for exchanged products may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
