Refund Policy

Unfortunately we only refund faulty items. Credit notes are issued within 7 days of purchase with garments in original condition and all swing tags still attached. Credit notes are valid for 3 months.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note or exchange. If you require some flexibility around this time frame please speak with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item or something more suitable, send us an email at info@graciejack.com.au and send your item to: 40 Sydney Road Manly New South Wales AU 2095. You may also bring your return in store where we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping
To return your product, please notify us immediately. You should mail your product to: 40 Sydney Road Manly New South Wales AU 2095

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you require an exchange on a returned product you will be liable for additional shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
